Diamond Puffed Heart Pendant Necklace

This necklace has a puffed heart pendant with a cutout back, pave set with 123 full cut Diamonds, and three more full cut Diamonds prong set in the tapered bail, suspended from an 18" chain. The total weight of all 126 Diamonds is approximately 1.25 Carat SI2-IMP1-I.
